How to Handle Common Illnesses
Not feeling your best? Some illnesses are “self-limited,” meaning your immune system can handle them without prescription medicine as treatment.
These illnesses can still knock you down and some of them can spread to others, so it’s important to know how to manage symptoms, take care of yourself, and recognize when it’s time to get medical care.
Check out the self-care guides below to learn to manage your symptoms and start feeling better.
