Qingxiao Li
Qingxiao Li is an Assistant Professor and Warner Bruner Endowed Professor in the Department of Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness at Louisiana State University and the LSU AgCenter. His research focuses on food and agricultural economics, consumer behavior, food prices, nutrition assistance programs, and food retail markets. His work examines how food markets, policies, and retail environments affect consumer welfare, food access, and food security.  
 
His externally funded research portfolio totals more than $3.9 million, including $1.49 million in funding for which he has direct responsibility. His research has been supported by the USDA National Institute of Food and Agriculture and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.
